Programmed an ESP32 microcontroller in C++ to capture real-time telemetry from DS18B20 temperature sensors, ADXL345 3-axis vibration and tilt sensors, and AC current and voltage sensors. ● Integrated a 16x2 I2C LCD for local output and implemented Wi-Fi TCP socket streaming for edge firmware. ● Built a multi-threaded Python TCP socket server to ingest incoming data payloads and write records to an optimized SQLite database (sensors_v2.db) running in WAL mode. ● Applied Scikit-Learn IsolationForest models to evaluate multi-sensor deviations and compute real-time operational risk scores. ● Developed polynomial trend forecasting algorithms to calculate time-to-threshold failure rates and track Remaining Useful Life (RUL) metrics. ● Designed a bilingual (English/Arabic) Streamlit web dashboard with interactive Plotly gauge charts and automated Telegram API alerts, attaching live incident logs in CSV and Excel formats.
