Diesel Fuel System, Jaguar Engineering Centre, Whitley, Coventry. Responsible for turbo oil feed and return pipes, dipstick for I6 and I3 engines. Supervise new engineers and teach them the company processes for engineering new components.

Dagenham Diesel Centre

Turkey. Quality issues and assembly line process quality control. Squeak and rattle for vehicle seats evaluation by using MB dynamic shaker equipment. Worked on the Flamingo seats for the V362 (new Transit) with the Magna engineering team to evaluate new material change and compatibility for many seat components.

Dunton Technical Centre, Essex. Responsibility includes Auto transmission cooling line for CD 345 with MPS6 transmission and Transit. Solve the NVH issue associated with MPS6 transmission by changing the material for the cooling line. Change the flow direction to achieve increased cooling efficiency.

Validated Stop/Start application capability across DV6, Sigma, Puma FWD, and Puma RWD engines at Dunton Technical Centre, Essex. Contributed to development and testing of battery electric vehicle (BEV) technology.

Gillingham, Kent. Validation of the diesel high pressure pump for Stop/start Hybrid Projects developed a statistical/mathematical model for pump test cycles comparison to assess the aggravation factors for pump stop/start.

Dunton Technical Centre, Essex. Diesel engineering/fuel system, Responsible for the ongoing product development of current production (Ford Transit with Puma Engine fitted with DENSO fuel System. Currently, designing and developing a testing rig for the evaluation of the fuel system. Working jointly, with the material laboratory, on investigating the material durability and compatibility of the high-pressure diesel fuel pump for the use of bio diesel fuel.

Pangbourne Technology Centre. Developing engine tests procedures, including engine data analysis, for validating lubricants for engine ware and oil consumption. Also, lead a small team to upgrade the brake fluid test rig to meet the latest SAE standards.

Dunton Technical Centre, Essex. Diesel engineering/fuel system for the Lynx engine. Work includes component & system testing, coast saving, releasing component, and problem solving. Re-design the high pressure pump fuel inlet of the Lion V6/2.7 lit Engine for PSA & solve the problem for Job one (Priming Issue for HP Pump).

DDC Dagenham. Worked as part of a team dealing with the development of the fuel systems of LION V6 and V8 engines. Duties include component testing, systems testing and problem solving.
