▪ Directed drilling operations as a site supervisor (company man) at ROO – Halliburton turn-key integrated drilling project, worked on 2000HP land rigs to meet operational goals and ensure safety. ▪ Supervised all drilling activities including rig move, skidding, rig up/down, rig acceptance, drilling, directional drilling, curing losses, running and cementing casings and liners. ▪ Supervised completion operations including running tubing, setting and testing packers, installing and testing X-mas trees. ▪ Worked on various well designs including big bore and slim wells, vertical and deviated wells ranging up to 4000m. ▪ Participated in rig pre-move and move planning with Contractor, rig commissioning process and any rig / HSE audits conducted. ▪ Coordinated with warehouse and service providers ahead of operation needs. ▪ Performed visual inspection on equipment and materials upon arrival. ▪ Ensured that all well operations are in compliance with the approved drilling and completion prog
